Kompanera advises women on topics related to work, careers, and financial independence—providing expert, systemic, supportive, realistic, and free advice. Kompanera advises women with migration experience on career orientation and recognition—in various languages.

Consultations can take place online, by telephone, or in person. Consultations are held at our office at Schorlemerstraße 6 or at one of our cooperation partners' premises in the districts of Coerde, Kinderhaus, Berg Fidel, Gievenbeck, Hiltrup, Albachten, Mecklenbeck, and Südviertel. Not all consultation rooms are barrier-free – please let us know if there are any obstacles for you. We will then find a solution for you.
